One of my relative, who is staying at Kathmandu, is allergic to gluten & they need gluten free food / snacks / flour etc in Kathmandu.

No need to worry for gluten free products in ktm.
well am a business women here we have designing company.
but am serving gluten free products to embassies... and foreigners friend.
all products are home made.
and very healthy.
